DELIVERY
All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
Goods that are dispatched by a recorded insured service will not be left on the door step or with neighbours.
Currently we only offer delivery to the UK:- Goods are dispatched by the choice you select during checkout.
Where possible, we prefer Royal Mail delivery as this is the most cost-effective option and is available on orders up to 2kg in weight.
First Class Signed Post - £4.68 - Up to 2 working days for delivery.
Second Class Signed Post - £3.28 - Up to 3 working days for delivery.
First Class Standard Post - £2.71 - Up to 2 working days for delivery
(This option is uninsured and has no tracking information available)
Over 2kg, Weight based delivery provided by DPD is the only option available. The cost of this option is calculated by the weight of the item at checkout. Delivery is next day.
Free shipping is available on orders over £50. This is provided by Royal Mail and will take up to 3 working days for delivery.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Return an item - our 100% money back guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
You must download and complete a returns form (click to obtain) to be able to return items to us. This form should be included with your return otherwise it will not be possible to identify your returned item(s).
The following restrictions apply:
- Returned goods must be unused.
- Goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Items that have been supplied in sealed packaging which has been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- For hygiene reasons, lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Films and magazines are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made (please see below regarding faulty items).
Exchanges are not possible where the wrong size has been ordered due to being unable to guarantee availability; please request a refund and place an order for an alternative size.

FAULTY ITEMS
When we receive the item it will be checked, if the item is not faulty and the freepost address has been used, then there will be a charge of £3.50 plus vat for the cost of postage.
Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.
Replacement faulty items are sent to you free of charge. All items that are returned as faulty MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused. Postage costs will apply to return it back to you.
We offer a one year warranty on everything, if the item develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange, after three months, it is an exchange only.
